The DMSBridge product suite moves documents between your firm's document management system and the applications your team uses. Those documents, and the record of how they move, belong to your firm and are governed by your firm's agreement with us and with your DMS provider — not by this website policy. Every document that moves in or out through DMSBridge is captured in a complete, auditable history available to your firm.
DMSBridge products authenticate using your firm's own Microsoft sign-on. We rely on your identity provider for authentication and do not store your Microsoft password.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate this website and communicate with you, and where required by law. These providers are bound to handle information only as needed to perform their services.
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, and to maintain our business records.
